We started with a hatch in Maynooth and no real plan. Three years later we roast on a 30kg drum in Mullingar and send it out to cafes across Ireland. The plan is still forming.

Our story
We were friends long before we were any good at coffee.
Conor, Donal, Gavin and Will grew up together. In June 2023 we opened a drive-thru in Maynooth and started handing cups out a window.
Leixlip followed eighteen months later. Mullingar came six months after that. Somewhere in the middle, we bought a 6kg roaster and learned the hard way what a good roast actually is.
In October 2025 we moved onto a 30kg. Now every cup in our cafes is ours, and so is the coffee in a growing number of independent cafes across Ireland.

Maynooth opens
One drive-thru window, four friends, and a fairly loose business plan.
6kg roaster
We stopped buying coffee and started making it. Steep learning curve, plenty of failed batches.

Eighteen months in. Second window, same coffee, slightly better hands.
Mullingar opens
Cafe and roastery in one. Home base.
