This 2025 harvest is naturally processed before EA sugar cane decaffeination. Ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane gently removes the caffeine while preserving the coffee's body and chocolate-led character.

When should I brew it?

We roast every Monday. For espresso, start around one week after roasting and enjoy over the following three weeks. For filter, start around one week; lighter coffees often open up after two weeks and can taste excellent for six to eight weeks. Keep your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place.

Delivery and returns

Whole-bean coffee dispatches throughout the week. Pre-ground coffee is ground, packed and dispatched on Mondays only. Orders placed after Monday's grinding run, including Monday evenings, ship the following Monday. Most Irish addresses receive their coffee within one to two working days of dispatch.
