Where we deliver

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer delivery to Great Britain or other destinations.

Dispatch

In-stock whole-bean coffee and other standard items ordered before 3pm Irish time, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday are usually dispatched the next working day. Pre-ground coffee follows the Monday-only schedule below.

We roast every Monday and dispatch whole-bean coffee throughout the working week. Pre-ground coffee is ground, packed and dispatched on Mondays only. Orders placed after Monday's grinding run, including Monday evenings, ship the following Monday. This applies to one-time purchases and subscription deliveries containing pre-ground coffee.

These are dispatch estimates, not delivery promises. Public holidays, unusually busy periods and courier delays may affect timing. Any different product-specific lead time will be shown before purchase.

Republic of Ireland coffee delivery

Standard coffee delivery costs €5. Coffee orders of €40 or more qualify for free standard delivery. The delivery charge applicable to your order is shown before you pay.

Every Tempo subscription delivery to the Republic of Ireland is included in the subscription price, including prepaid deliveries. The €40 threshold does not apply to ROI Tempo deliveries.

Northern Ireland

Delivery options and charges for Northern Ireland are shown at checkout. Included ROI Tempo delivery does not extend to Northern Ireland.

Other items and mixed orders

Equipment, merchandise and orders combining products with different delivery arrangements may have different charges or arrive separately. Any applicable delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Subscription schedules and gifts

Repeat Tempo orders follow your chosen delivery schedule; the 3pm cutoff does not bring forward a future scheduled delivery. For gifts, enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and use your own email and billing details. All items in the same checkout are sent to the delivery address entered there.
