Manaca

Manaca comes from small and medium-sized farms in Brazil's Mogiana and Ouro Fino regions, grown at 950-1,350m through Falcafe's Neighbours and Friends Program.

The cherries are naturally processed and dried whole in the sun with the fruit intact, allowing their sugars to infuse the bean and build the coffee's caramel sweetness and creamy body.

Tasting notes: caramel, hazelnut and milk chocolate.

The story

Neighbouring farms, one shared standard.

Through Falcafe's Neighbours and Friends Program, local growers receive agronomic support and specialist training. Natural processing leaves the coffee cherry intact as it dries in the sun, building the caramel sweetness and creamy body that make Manaca such an easy everyday coffee.
