Serinen: brotherhood in the Gayo Highlands.

Serinen reflects the Gayo idea of brotherhood: everyone looks out for each other and the work is collective. Fahman Yoga's own farm and neighbouring growers cultivate this lot under agroforestry shade before a seven-day washed anaerobic fermentation.

When should I brew it?

We roast every Monday. For espresso, start around one week after roasting and enjoy over the following three weeks. For filter, start around one week; lighter coffees often open up after two weeks and can taste excellent for six to eight weeks. Keep your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place.

Delivery and returns

Whole-bean coffee dispatches throughout the week. Pre-ground coffee is ground, packed and dispatched on Mondays only. Orders placed after Monday's grinding run, including Monday evenings, ship the following Monday. Most Irish addresses receive their coffee within one to two working days of dispatch.
