El Silencio is grown by Graciela Rodriguez and her siblings at 1,900m on the San Gabriel farm in El Silencio, Palestina, Huila. Five decades of family tradition sit behind this cup, with Graciela's careful work central to the result.

Papayo and Bourbon varieties are processed as an anaerobic red honey.
